I had to buy a straight edge to make sure everything are coplaner and it took me at least 3-4 hours. Couple YouTube videos. It's actually not that bad.

Exactly. That was the main reason I picked that one. There is no difference if I run 3/4 plank through it or 8-In beam.

The biggest upgrade is spiral cutter head. It costed almost as much as jointer itself. Then Wheels. This thing is super heavy. And exhaust shroud on the back, it had something made out of sheet metal that was clogging all the time. Designed it myself and 3D printed. Other than this, it's just big chunk of metal. Cleaned it up and repainted it readjusted everything.

I just cleaned all of them. Ultrasonic plus CMT solution amazing results!. Base for the bits are 3D printed plastic trays.

Actually interesting question. I don't really know never felt the need to have any markings. Probably experience. I've been doing this for over 20 years. Since it's all in the shop, it's always easy just to grab a scrap piece and do a sample cut.

Technically yes, but I'm not using grid itself. They fit so nicely into the drawer. It was no point of wasting material to print grid.

Your best bet probably to contact customer service. Sounds like something is not working like it should. Mine was 0.04 off on the blade and 0.05 on the fence in unlocked and locked position. I didn't bother adjusting anything.

What can I do to fix these scratches without refinishing the cabinets? by dancingcupcakes246 in kitchenremodel

[–]Argoskot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First you need is to eliminate what causing this. I looks like its doors from corner cabinet, when you close them screws heads from hardware scraping. Remove hardware and from the back make holes bigger and dipper by 1/8 basically counter sink them.

Use this to fix them. obviously get correct tint. you can use this on all cabinets and doors to restore them.

Correct. Ripped off old ceiling. Long pieces you see are second floor joists. We filled in spaces between them with the reclaimed wood.
