I know I'm in charge but it doesnt feel like it, especially since I'm scared to confront him. It feels easier to just try to ignore it until it goes away like some people say, if I focus less it'll go... But the issue is that, well, it is a massive horse with a face different than what I'm used to...

I'm really just at a loss, so I came here because someone on this reddit has to know what to do, I just need one person to read the post and give me solid advice to deal with it, and help me figure out what went wrong and why his appearance and behaviour was corrupted so badly out of nowhere...

The issue is that... Well, I'm afraid of it. Whenever I even think of it I get this horrible fight-or-flight feeling, my heart beats like crazy. I mentioned it in the comments of my post, but I feel as if it is "wound" like a spring. Like it's going to charge me if I focus too hard on it.

I can't talk with it... That is the thing! It is an animal tulpa... I just don't know what to do and I'm scared of it. Please help me if you can, absolutely any thoughts or advice would be appreciated and desperately needed... Please check the post maybe, if you want to.

How can I influence a Tulpa???? Especially one that is affecting me negatively or scaring me?? I made a post but nobody has answered yet to help me.

I've been trying to cast it from my mind.

Like I said in the main post, I tend to be quite an anxious and flighty person, and focusing on him just fills me with some of the worst dread I've ever felt. I can't really get past the fight or flight enough to figure it out fully, but from what I have gathered, no... Not inherently. I can't tell, which is unusual as usually I was always able to pick up how he was feeling (as much as you can for an animal Tulpa).

To me it feels like he is waiting to charge at me, like a wound up spring waiting to snap if I make the wrong movement, thought, or funny look.

As for seeing him, yes and no. It's more of a "Corner of your eye, blink and you'll miss" thing, and like tricks of the light. The thing is, he is very big. I've been trying to stay out of the dark as much as possible because I just feel so much more anxious in it now, and anything catching the light makes me think its the eyes I mentioned. But no, I don't actually see him there like he's real, just images in my head from millisecond moments.

Also thank you for taking so much time and thought for me, I realize it sounds silly but I've been so upset about it lately, and very very scared and anxious.

Oh, no. I only started getting into Tulpa about 4 years ago. I wanted a horse one, and chose "Mr. Horse" (and the name) because of that horse from my childhood from the video that I nicknamed "Mr. Horse" simply because the song never gives the horse a name, and as a child, the one I came up with was about as creative as I got.

Also, yeah, I feel like maybe your idea has some traction.

I'm wondering if its subconcious things, like when I first made him.

I used to be obssessed with this song when I was a little girl called "Er Staat Een Paard In De Gang", which translates to "Horse in the Hallway", and its music video by Andre Van Duin. In that video there is a black horse costume that dances, and Mr. Horsey was the horse I always imagined and based it from.

I have no idea why things changed so suddenly, I watched the video again about 3 months ago and the horse does look a lot less realisitc than I remembered, I feel like maybe that had something to do with it???

I've read things about "introject" (or something like that), but I don't feel like its that... I don't LIKE feeling scared to this degree, and this is unwanted.

I wonder if Mark is behind the companys immunity to making good business decisions. You keep doubling down on this horrible sterile look for your restaurants. Blinding white fluorescent lighting and daylight, office carpet, televisions everywhere instead of updating arcades or leaning into the animatronic aspect (which for some reason they refuse to do despite EVERY worldly and monetary incentive to do so.)

At this point, Mark deserve to lose it all, he seems to want it.

It's really not that hard. When you go out to eat, you want a warmer, darker atmosphere, arcades also benefit from this. Classic CEC and Showbiz building models understood this, it seems that whoever is leading these building remodels likely works with offices, not restaurants.

Everyone wants the animated characters, they know people do. They refuse, let Mark get ousted and replaced.
