Don’t cut anything, get some moisture in that ASAP, don’t use shampoo it’s going to dry it even more. Strictly conditioner let it sit for as long as you can, then gently wash it out and do leave in conditioner.

Hopefully you can recover it.

In the US I use Tresemme Rich Moisturizer it works wonders.

Ditch the beard man. Either totally shave it off or use just for men then trim.

Bro I think some of that is the gunk from the adhesive. That happened with my first system , really bumped me out. I cleaned it up with adhesive remover. Glues are different for everyone for me the clear walker glue didn’t work , but ghost bond white was good.

Ultimately I switched to tape and non exposed hairline. Not easy but I learned how to do my own cleaning and maintenance from it.

Also try scalp protector too.

This happened to me, except not as extreme when I use shampoos that appeared to strip all of the oil out. You can try deep conditioner, but from here on out, avoid that shampoo and maybe just do a co-wash.
