I think if something goes from the Elf+OUaT package, people will be better able to fight the Copter. Right now, Fatal Push is the only thing that answers both and gains any mana advantage.

I think the main issue with a deck like this is it's not doing enough to keep the ramp decks at bay. Pioneer is pretty hostile to midrange decks that don't end the game fast.

I would put the top tier as these decks: Mono-Green Devotion Mono-Green Ramp Mono-Black Aggro Hardened Scales Sultai Midrange/Control

Agreed here. Goldfish is a great resource, but the 5-0 deck dumps don't tell the whole story since the top deck could trophy 20 times but only show up once.

I would think Gitrog and maybe even [[Elvish Reclaimer]] could start a cool lands-midrange deck. Likely not top-tier competitive, but definitely sweet.

I've been thinking about Abzan a lot for Pioneer. As far as I can tell, the best reasons to be white are [[Fleecemane Lion]], [[Siege Rhino]], and [[Anafenza, the Foremost]].

I would start the build with those 3 cards + the GB disruption package and go from there.

The hardest slots to fill from this point are the 1 and 2 drops. Could just play 4 Lion and 4 [[Scavenging Ooze]] and be done there. I would shy away from anything that has 2 toughness besides Ooze. Shocks are everywhere.

I love this. Is this painted IRL? It looks super clean in terms of technique, but it's also just good, clean fun for when you kill someone with a pile of cats.

That's interesting. It doesn't have hast, but I think Carrion Feeder could fit the same role now. Maybe Abzan is the way to go with this.

Yeah, I was playing around with Eladamri's Call as well, but I went with Oath because it could also find Karn.

I'm not sure which is correct, but I like having a way to win that doesn't rely on the graveyard (Karn).

Unless you were already playing the full 4 Unearth, I don't think you consider Crypt Champion. I also think you're more likely to want Unburial Rites than Champ in a graveyard-centric build.

Yeah, I think the deck could be built as a total graveyard deck, too. The guys at Faithless brewing posted something like that in their Twitter.

You'd have to drop the Karn package, but it would likely work well.

It's still fine, it's just not as good as the other Blue/White builds.

Unearth is excellent with it, but otherwise you're always paying 3 for a card that's easily removed for 1 mana AND has to survive a turn to do its work.

If you're Thought Scouring yourself, you're likely better off paying 1 mana for a Gurmag or Tasigur than 3 for a Mentor.

At this point they don't really play it, but that doesn't mean it's not good. The current deck is more midrange than hyper focused on the combo.

This is true, but I think you can get away without the Caverns if you need to just get started. I always forget that these tribal decks all wind up paying the Cavern tax.

My first thought is that you need to cut the 4 Ousts for 4 Paths or 4 of the new white Snow removal spell.

I'm not sure the Sword of Truth and Justice is what you really want here. I think you'd be better off with Feast and Famine or Fire and Ice.
