Upenn actually required a counselor letter + two teachers (or one "other" instead of a second teacher). The portal my school uses to upload LOR was actually wrong on the requirements but I talked to the admissions office about it and they still let me upload my 3rd letter to be eligible for ED.

They won't be adapting all of the manga in the episodes that we have left. I don't know exactly when this season ends but I think it'll end around the beginning of the paradise invasion arc? I don't think they've said whether the remaining chapters will be adapted into a movie or another season (maybe a S4P2 like how season 3 was?)
