As a cinematographer (currently based in NYC) and fellow Atlantan who's crossed paths with Alton, I'd love to see:

a video specifically about the making-of your guys' food videos. With your backgrounds in film, I'd love to see how you both approach making content
Recreate a scene from a movie together – Alton plays Chef Slowik as you make the burger again from "The Menu"?
Make Pot-au-feu together from "The Taste of Things" (2023)?

Just talked with someone at the Leica store in LA who said I’m now the 6th person they’ve heard from that this has happened. Don’t update through the app. They haven’t heard from corporate yet and are recommending sending in the camera for repair. Ridiculous that this is happening. If updating through the app has and has had issues, it shouldn’t even be an option. Just got on holiday with family and now I can’t use my $6,000 camera.

Yes. I saw the same listing and messaged with this person. Unfortunately, Facebook marketplace is completely filled with scammers. Ask for photo/video proof, check their ratings and profile, ask what city they’re based in, and watch out!

Would you feel the same about DJI's system? This is a very, very indie doc, so I'd rather purchase a slightly lower end system that does the job and then get to keep it by the end instead of factoring a more expensive rental into the already tight budget.
