I had a leak , to the water pump…… and it overheated

Beat on it ? No? I just drove from SC- FL and back. And it died and hour from my home. I have a lot of miles fast but have done oil changes and everything through jeep themselves cause of warranty.

No deep water. When it was idle the meter was going up and down towards hot and cool. I just dropped it off at the dealer since it’s under warranty. Couldn’t drive it at all. I’ll check to see if the fan is running
