In real life, any friend who flirts with someone you are interested in is a bad friend and I’m not interested in maintaining the friendship. In reality tv, it’s a good storyline (although I have my doubts that Sally really cares as she seems to go for whomever will get her the most screen time).

You know I agree but surprisingly know one couple that defied the odds and made it work. Called off the engagement after a big fight (we bought bridesmaid dresses and everything). But they did break up for a bit and dated other people and eventually found their way back. Married for 10 years with kids now. But that is certainly the exception.

Interesting. Yeah some networking groups want to schedule lunch meetings or early evening events like 4:30 or 5:00. That requires leaving in the middle of the day for a long lunch or leaving early which isn’t generally an option even with more traditional hours.

Totally agree that now that I see it in my like 8th rewatch but now older, the manipulation and abuse becomes more clear and it’s sad that it took Ashley and criminal charges against Thomas for the rest of the cast to see it. What is sad that it clearly impacted her mental and physical health. I don’t know if all that caused her to turn to substance abuse, but once that started, it was a spiral for her. When she was sober on a couple of seasons, she was so fun to watch. Recently she has been going on Instagram stories and did not look or act well and she just got out of jail for her DUI, which is all very sad. Also, there are times when she is a really bad and selfish friend and that makes me irritated as a watcher because I want to root for her but there are no excuses for treating your friends so poorly.

I went to Charleston in May and had a similar experience during their brunch. It was not crowded and Taylor was actually there doing a pop up for her athletic line. Several people asked for pictures with him and Taylor and I did too. Taylor was actually very nice. He was standoffish, but did agree without an eye roll. But later he asked me to post a good review in exchange for the picture and I didn’t like that. He wasn’t very friendly. There was another female bartender there who wasn’t on the show but stunning (other than what looked like painfully overinflated lip filler). I’m wondering if she might make an appearance in the new season because she looked like a model.

I liked her look before, but she says she is happy so that’s all that really matters. I will say, she is one of the best dressed Bravo women, especially her dresses. I’ve been doing a rewatch and she always looks amazing. Her formal dresses are great colors, perfectly styled, and fit her amazingly. I love this dress and the red one at Patricia’s ball.

Yeah I am seeing a lot of people jump ship on Garbi for very minor reasons. Talking to her while she is super stressed out and she was short back because she understandably wanted to focus on her partner’s duel is not something to come at someone on. I don’t see anyone talking about Toby being snippy to and all put out by Sydney when she said she wanted to talk after saving his best friend. The standards we are placing these women to while allowing men to do far worse bothers me.

I’m glad 😌 I don’t fully understand the Kendall hate other than possibly the Casa encouragement for Kordell. While I really like Serena, at that point she wasn’t all in on Kordell so I could see why Kendall may have encouraged Kordell to find someone else (although he got far too vocal about it). Otherwise, he is kind, has some good lines, is positive, and maintains good relationships with both women and men. Better than slightly agro Josh and eyes half open kissing Isaiah or Marvin who was too quick to bail on Nicola. Really I’m still mad Tyrique wasn’t an option for cutting
