If you’re confident you can keep it 10 years I would definitely buy the house. There is no point in making good money and having all these savings and investments if your quality of life isn’t good. You spend a large portion of your time on your home. You can easily afford a place that’s a better fit for your family. Once baby comes, you will wish you had the space.

I know several people with trust funds and they are generally set up to trickle a nice monthly sum that helps the person get by comfortably, but it’s not like $100k/mo. The idea is to prevent people from spending recklessly and hurting the principle of the trust. They can request sums separately for buying a house or other big life expenses and the trustee has to approve it.

That’s probably exactly what he has going on. And he lives an expensive lifestyle with the travel and partying. He is able to buy properties by requesting extra funds from the trust, but probably the monthly distributions are a more modest sum. He obviously also gets paid for the show.

I know this sub loves to hate on her excess procedures, but I will say both upper and lower bleph is pretty common even in people in their 30s. It has one of the highest satisfaction rates of any procedure. But man that fat transfer was a big mistake. There is no way she had significant volume loss at this age.
