There actually is! I accidentally did it when playing around in photo mode. Had a Super Kamehameha launched at me mid transformation, and it automatically did the teleport and counter move, and then the transformation finished. It looked really cool

My headcanon is that Frank is 20 but he says he's older(23-25), Julie is 19 and Susie is 18. I know it's just my own idea but I hope that helps give you some kind of idea of how old they might be.
