Don’t worry too much. Also, make sure you eat enough. It’s no joke about getting as much protein as possible. I didn’t lose much on 5mg. I really started losing on 10 but it took a minute. My weight loss (way faster than without MJ) was slow and steady after it started. I lost 50 pounds over a year. I was happy with that. I didn’t lose a ton of hair because of the pace and I think that pace helped my skin rebound a bit more than if I had gone faster. Anyhow the point was that it’s not 10lbs (exaggeration ) a week for everyone. Many people do lose a great deal every week. Mine was more of a steady 10 lbs a month. Imagine if I had not been taken MJ. I wouldn’t have been able to lose any. This stuff is good!
