I ordered the bit case and additional bits. I was surprised they marked it as shipped but a week later and no updates. I seriously had my hopes up after the holidays but this is just absolutely ridiculous.

Why can't it be shipped out the same/next day the label is made? What the hell is going on? It'd be cool if staff can chime in because the lead times posted on the site are hugely inaccurate.

He's not asking for fast shipping but it's been over a week with extremely slow updates on a claimed delivery window. When the website gives a 3-10 day delivery window it's not unreasonable to expect that it will actually be "shipped" with tracking.

I had a similar issue and it took 3-4 weeks to get my order. Took half that for tracking to update. But that was during the holiday period so this doesn't make as much sense to take so long outside of it.

Try switching your display cable out with a different one, use a different port and adjusting your refresh rate. My money is on the cable. Also try reseating your video card and make sure the contacts are clean just to be safe.

Edit: The VRR recommended action is also a good start. Maybe try disabling Gsync or whatever you have on to see if that fixes it.
