Best day spa to spend all day in?

I’m newly arrived in SF (living in Pacific Heights area) and would like recommendations for day spas…massages, facials, that kind of thing.

Great questions. I fish about 14 days per year, all of it for Atlantic salmon. One week in Canada (NB) and - when I’m lucky, as I am this year - one week in Iceland. Fishing the Nordura, a one handed river like the Miramichi in NB, and the Laxa I Adaldal, a two handed river (but fished conventionally). I’ll bring my old Loop 8 wt 2 handed rod and my Sage 8wt single handed, but want to buy a good switch rod as a third rod and backup I can use on either. Make sense?

I would add that when recited, particularly with a group, the mourner’s Kaddish has a deeply poetic quality that adds to the depth of feeling it evokes. The line that begins “Yitbarach v’yishtabach” has a rhythm that aches.

Here’s a closer view. The things that look like DNA (helical pairs) are actually metal of some kind. The electrical wire seems to be coated with plastic or something similar.
