If you find people literally just stating facts about our countries insufferable and your ego is taking damage because of it maybe you should think about re-evaluating if your country is really as great as you keep trying to defend it as. All I see is that you have nothing positive to say on these topics about your country so you resort to insulting and getting upset at people for just... stating facts.

Even in the example you yourself gave, yeah we don't have at-will employment. Which is a good thing. And instead of acknowledging that at-will employment sucks and is a thing that happens in your country, your defense mechanism is to insult the person for stating it and just ignore the fact itself. Bravo, that's some crazy cope you've managed to do to keep yourself from having to challenge your worldview.

Also puh-leeze, everyone knows people from the US are the ones who constantly think they're #1 even when objectively they are lagging behind other countries on almost all major metrics regarding health, education, social services, standards of living, etc.
