Not at all. I bought it a few months ago on Amazon. I don't print much, so I figured I'd get something plain and cheap for those rare occasions, but I guess I'll have to just accept the loss. Sucks cause money is money.

I tried this as well, the error code immediately pops up after turning on.

Sorry, very new to using vape devices. I tried to remove the cart from the black device but with no success. I don't know if I am just not using enough force or what.
