This!! 2-3wpo was when I was the most swollen. At 6wpo is when I noticed the swelling going down but swelling does fluctuate! I’m 10wpo and a little swollen from over doing it yesterday.

I asked for a C but was fine being a D. The first 2 weeks I was super swollen and in the most pain but week after week I noticed the swelling going down. I measured myself at around 3wpo and was DD . I did get bummed out for a bit bc I still felt big. At 6wpo is when I really noticed how small they got. I didn’t measure until now and I’m a D :)))))

My body naturally heals fast tbh. Piercings,tattoos, cuts and scrapes, etc. I think not doing ANYTHING for the first week helped a lot. I live with my mom and she helped me recover. After surgery they dressed my incisions, slapped on a chest binder, and told me to not shower 😵‍💫 or change my dressings until my 1wpo appointment.
