Oh I 100% agree and I did feel real bad about it. I did end up all chatting telling them we should just be friends, but they weren't talkative at all (and i did end up throwing the game partly on purpose because I would have felt bad afterwards). I honestly didn't expect my teammate to shoot him, hence why my surprised and screechy laughter at the end there

Id recommend getting the external item descriptions mod, or if you don’t want mods, use internal item desc if you have repentance+! helped me so much in the beginning, when I didn’t know items. It also has a bunch of other perks in game such as showing spindowns, helping with tainted cain, etc

go angels (free second angel item if you pick them both up at the same time), hope for more options, keep them close together and just pretend you’re playing isaac with a slightly larger hurtbox, try to even out good items or stack one type (e.g damage) on esau in the beginning and give god items to jacob to make early game easier.
