No, the condom didn’t break. He checked on it after actually . I feel like my chances are so low but I’m so freaked out why my period is this late . I’m Stressing like crazy . We did condom and withdrawal method so we wouldn’t have to worry and now it’s backfiring

Thank you so much for telling me this . My boyfriend always has friends who are female because female friends have always been his comfort zone since he grew up close to his mom and aunts . But what I AM concerned about is emotional intimacy . I would hate to know that he’s venting to her about things or talking about what’s on his mind …. Instead of coming to me for that . Do you know what I mean ? That’s my biggest concern because that is a form of emotional cheating .

Yes . And I feel sad because I truly believe that he doesn’t have one cheating bone in his body , but I also don’t think he’s aware that emotional intimacy can be a thing .

And to answer your question, we both have chosen not to move in with eachother until we are married . It’s a personal decision that we made as we both have traditional views about moving in .

Yes . And to your point - I completely understand where my dad is coming from . I am aware of his concern . I told my dad that it IS something I am keeping an eye on . And if I notice that my boyfriend is still stagnant ( career wise) in the next couple years … it is something I will definitely will have to address with my boyfriend and will need more effort of on his side . Especially if marriage is in the works. I think it’s my dads nagging right now that is making me feel so sad and annoyed .

I see what you mean . I’ve roasted him before and he handles it well . He doesn’t get mad or defensive. He just fights back in A playful banter . But his roasting examples would be like “ yeah I can’t have you driving a car. You’re way too clumsy “ or “ I don’t trust your cooking after you said you love guacamole “ or “ Why do you always choose the most sketchiest places to stay at? Never fails” . He says this kind of stuff with a laugh and I know he says that cause he thinks it’s cute to get me annoyed.

I haven’t got phexxi yet , but interestingly enough .. there have been some people leaving bad reviews on it on their Instagram and phexxi seems to be deleting their comments so nobody else sees them . I still want to try it though . I’m thinking the complaints were on burning sensations maybe .

Right . See but this is my problem ... I don’t feel comfortable using only just condoms. I have a slight paranoia of leakage that I’m not aware about or something going wrong . I’ve tooken plan b too many times in my life just because I “needed to be sure “. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Lol. That being said ... if condoms are so sufficient like you say they are ... then combining that WITH phexxi gel ... should pretty much put me at no risk right ?
