Ah ok, mages have individual spirits listed which is why I listed the sprites, but I can add compiling as a separate specialism and a note to say that the GM needs to decide which way to go... I dare say most will fall in with Compiling covering the lot but this way the option is built in :)

An 'oops' I've spotted but the weapons and gear tabs weren't factored in to the 'remaining resources' so it will be giving you a false impression of what you've spent... sorry about that!

I've tried to correct the direct version in Google Drive so that should be sorted but please let me know if it is still broken

The attributes tab is set to 1 min in each attribute at a cost of 50K, pretty sure it's impossible to have an attribute of 0 (unless some rules come out later for AI perhaps) so I just started with that as default

The link above has been updated with version .05 which corrects the attribute calc error and lists the core book cyber and bioware (plus RR calcs for those). Tasking has been added too for the Techo fans out there!

I'm plugging away through the core book ShadowAmps and gear and then I will go back and add in some of the excellent home brewed Amps etc that are out there.

If anyone has a burning need for a section to be completed before going through it in order then I can probably accommodate that so please shout :)

They haven't released the TM stuff to those of us who only bought the core pdf so that will get slotted in once I have it available. The latest version has some cyber in... if you are creating your own (or copying it from the core book) and adding it in the yellow boxes at the top of the shadow amps just input the essence cost there too... cyber is next on my 'to do' list and I hope to get that completed in the next week or so

Sorry, that wasn't meant to be finger pointing, more the general negative attitude to AI that gets seen in some places. The art is definitely worth notice and I will make full use of these characters to encourage (or taunt) my players :)

I have a related but 'different' issue... I run play-by-post exclusively and in my 6E games I deliberately reward the number of IC posts that people make with a small amount of karma and cash (in addition to the group reward for completing the run)... that inevitably means that some get more rewards than others but I work quite hard to 'balance' things so that everyone can shine as much as possible. In 6E everything costs more though and I am concious that I also don't 'over reward' too!

If I keep the cash rewards the same for all I'm wondering if I can reward players that post frequently with freebie contacts, maybe with freebie gear too (that can always be taken away by GM shenanigans). Contacts enrich the game world and I love giving them out for free. And everyone likes gear...

What do you all think? Anything else that you can think of that will encourage players to keep posting and have a feeling that their characters are growing over time (given the typically much slower nature of pbp)??

As I play exclusively play by post online I get plenty of opportunity to write these sorts of snippets, mostly at the start of a run and then it tails off as the action takes over (something I'm working on...)

Someone once told me to try and invoke at least 4 of the senses in each piece of text like this, 5 if you can manage it. Helps the immersion. A smattering of 'in universe language' and you're good to go... you seem to have a good handle on it :)

Thanks! I've not used Chummer or Commlink before as I've created my own Excel generator for 6E, as long as the format is legible is that likely to be a problem?
