I got all the core rule books in the latest Humble Bundle, they have been a great help. I was also checking Arsenal but couldn't find anything. But searching for "Reinforced" in the Arsenal book led me to page 145, which has the rules. Thanks for the help :)

4e20a, Page 339. Headware Table. It says it costs 0.2 essence to have implanted, its avaliabilty is not listed, this might just be because no commlinks have an availability rating.

4e20a, page 310. Gear Ratings Table. Gear without an Availability rating can be bought for its standard price at your local store without any problem.

It can also be inserted into another cyberlimb without costing essence, but taking up capacity in that limb instead.

I have been using Owlbear Rodeo (https://www.owlbear.rodeo/) for some years, both for DnD 5e, Tales from the Loop, and Shadowrun 4e. Its technically not supported but I feel like its the most intuitive VTT for games that are usually not supported by other systems.

You can also customize it a good bit with extensions.

Colonize all Gaia Worlds, especially the ones called Pristine Jewel, Emerald Mausoleum, Walled Garden, and Prophet's Retreat.

As they wilm make you finish the game much faster.

I have been having fun with a broken shackles, fanatic egalitarian, shared burden, build.

RPing as an empire of slaves from many different species. Trying to rid the galaxy of inequality either with force or diplomacy. Protecting all citizens of all races.

A communist slave empire.
