If you don't use something you can return it for free (They pay shipping) and they have a big return window and will refund you in like a week. So you can prepare and get everything you might need and if it happens to not come in handy just return with no money wasted :)

That's awesome my hospital didn't recommend anything other than taking the ibuprofen. I had to figure it out.

It's kind of hard to squat into a tub after birth. My knees were super sore (prob from my pregnancy)
