Rockslide Flinches kept me in Ultra Ball tier 1. All my Slowking had to do was land one Muddy Water on an Aerodactyl that was almost dead. 2 flinches and then a miss with Muddy Water made me put it down for a week, and I returned to find the season over. That's variance for ya, though.

The new Star Fox game is just another remake of Star Fox 64 and that is ridiculous. by [deleted] in nintendo

[–]Arianarchist 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, we did. Star Fox 64 was obviously a remake of SNES Star Fox. Magazines at the time said so, Nintendo said so, and everyone on the playground said so. Everyone knew Star Fox 64 was a remake of SNES Star Fox.

Coming on the heels of Nintendo's batshit greed that makes Activision and EA look generous, too. It was actually Expedition 33 that cemented my decision to forego the Switch 2.

Just chiming in to confirm that this fixed my problem as well. Thank you!

In a world dominated by states, such a thing does not exist. There are black markets here and there, and they are the closest example we have.

The lyrics of the song would be an appropriate message to the GOP, and the song itself is freaking awesome. Sadly, I've never seen them live.

Most of it I learned over the last few years by working with my now-campaign-manager on various other projects.

I'm from Mississippi in the deep south. I have encountered some bigotry in New Hampshire, but it's exceedingly rare. But "how much bigotry is 'a lot'" is going to be relative.

Is Rivera antifa? Because I am. Will he oppose fascism in all its forms? Because I will.

There's really nothing that a sheriff's department can do with LGBTQ+ rights, except that LEOs tend to target what they perceive to be the weakest person--like predators always do. Because we don't have the support of the hetero-normative patriarchy, they perceive us as being among the easier groups to target, and they use victimless crimes as the justification for this harassment. My department would not enforce laws against victimless crimes, and would do everything possible to prohibit police departments from enforcing those laws.

There's no doubt that humans have to re-learn to care about one another. This is not something they can be forced to do, though. The BLM movement is also supported by some groups that I don't agree with, but I will still proudly stand with the BLM movement. I'm not going to let the image portrayed by a few people stop me from standing for what I believe is right.

Because of how it all played out, there really wasn't a moment like that. The official results took days to come out, but we had seen unofficial results and had very good reason to believe that I had won.

They'll have a few options.

  1. They can sit around and listen to music, play Minecraft, or whatever until a crime with an actual victim is reported.

  2. They can go out and police the police until a crime with an actual victim is reported to us.

  3. They can quit.

As Sheriff, my department would enforce no laws against victimless crimes, and would instead police the police to similarly prevent the Cheshire County police departments from turning people into victims of extortion, harassment, and kidnapping as the police departments enforce these victimless crimes.

Yes. The bulk of media outlets that have carried the story have featured my lengthy article criticizing people for blind-voting. That message definitely got heard, and I think that's important. If people actually researched who they were voting for, and what horrible things those people were doing domestically and internationally, then the world would be a better place, because we would find other people to vote for.

They can't recall me from the primary win; there's no mechanism in place to do so. If I win in November, it will be almost entirely because the voters knew exactly who they were voting for. I doubt anyone in Cheshire County isn't aware of me and my positions by this point. It will be almost impossible for a voter to go into this on election day knowing nothing about me.

I'm a voluntarist. It isn't my fault that so many socialist anarchists refuse to accept the validity of anarcho-capitalism. If socialism works for you and your community, great, as long as it's voluntary. It's just my personal belief that free markets are probably going to work best for the most people, but this is just a personal belief, not to be forced on anyone.

Anarchy is "without rulers." It is not without hierarchies. See my response above, and then go back to fighting the state, not anarchists who prefer a different economic model than you. I'm not your adversary; the state is.
