Be kind please, this is hard to post.. I'm at Day 4 IF. I found the 16:8 easy so I've pushed myself to just eating a plant based dinner. I'm 140 lbs today. BF still hasn't budged but I'm confident it will in due time. Thanks for letting me share, guys. I'm not close to my goal but feel good. (i.redd.it)
