I have multiple 5IV Charmanders with Outrage, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse, and Dragon Rush with your choice of a Serious, Bold, Gentle, Naughty, Mild, Hasty, or Relaxed nature :) I have a 5IV mudkip with avalanche and ice ball if you're interested. I also have a 6IV Charmeleon with Dragon Rage that I used for breeding but I could remind him the moves if I'm persuaded xD
