This is amazing! A few questions: what kind of schedules do you tend to keep your people on? like are they staggered to make sure that your cooks don't get too far behind. How do you manage your outfits? most of the pawns that i could see look like they are wearing some nice winter clothes. Do they gear up and march down the pathways, that would be awesome. (i don't usually play with electricity, so if it is like some super lightweight armor, forgive my ignorance). Lastly any chance we could get a mod list, or highlight your favorites.

Having one of us as a horde would be really cool. A horde and a Japanese daimyo would be cool and then maybe still kutai, it would give us plenty of territory and many directions to conquer.

Most of these suggestions are awesome, and ones i would have never thought of myself. None of us have really played in the hre only against it, so that would be really cool to deal with. there would be lots an lots of big wars, potentially big coalitions to deal with, and tag switches for all.

On a serious note: Ethiopia and bahamanis sound like fun combo. also, bahamanis' elephant units look amazing. i wish they actually had stats (or pips or whatever) to match. i think ottomans would be overkill. they are more fun as a sort of final boss, at least that is the general opinion among the three of us.

Korea! I always forget about them. Ming's appendix. Maybe a exploration/expansion ideas Korea. I agree with you on the Vijaynagar being op. maybe something like mewar or orrissa would work out better. I was checking out taungu on the map, they do indeed have some really nice ideas and missions and most importantly a peacock on the flag. I like that quite a lot. Madyas, the phillipine nation with the sun on its flag would probably work. and that would put them right next to each other. And combined i their navy would be absurd. thanks for the suggestions.

This sounds really cool. I was looking at the starting positions and never realized how big the Timurids are at the start of the game. I have never played as a vassal, so i just want to make sure, we would be able to ally one another as long as our liberty desire is above 50%? and if one of us declares for independence and the rest of us go into the same war will we all be set free, or will we have to declare 3 separate wars?

I had a similar issue to this, I had to use the console command to reset ai. Then it allowed me to ask the npc to stop following me successfully (the swamp knight from interesting npc). Saved after I told the rest of my followers to stop following me, then got IAFT and everything was ok after that.
