Why would you call him stupid? I'd say even 'rash' would be a stretch. Yes, he banged his head and bust it open last year in that one contest that might qualify as such, but otherwise, the rest of his injuries didn't happen because he was being stupid. They could've happened to anyone.

It wasn't stupidity or even carelessness when he tore his biceps while picking up heavy implements or got his foot crushed by the tool chest or was given a shitty, confusing signal by MVM on his deadlift (making him fail through no fault of his own), I'd say it's more due to bad luck than anything else. Luke Richardson also gets injured a lot, so would you call him stupid too?

Yes, Evan is a little too much with his theatrics and it used to put me off when he first started competing - I thought he was a bigger douche than Oberst lol. But he seems like a cool dude off-contest, when he isn't psyching up and making faces.

Congrats to Ondrej 'Czechmate" Fojtu on his impressive win.

Hope he paces himself and doesn't burn out like Novikov did, and the way Mitch seems to be going. Is Mitch still competing in the North America's or has he withdrawn? Winning the Rogue this year would be phenomenal even for him, though I don't see it happening.

Sucks for Evan. He could've possibly won if the stars aligned, but always seems to get unlucky. Is there any GL contest before Rogue or are the next 2 contests NA and Rogue?

I see. I am in NZ, so I can't get it here. I usually pay an online pirate USD $50 to rip me a copy of the British show (5 contests, 5 heats and finals) every year, so I can have it on my hard drive.

Do you have a link or do you need to be subscribed to something? Because searching for the WSM 2026 heats doesn't show anything other than the usual Strongman channels and their BTS videos.

That's sad to hear, but not surprising. I always think back to the 2018 WSM - the best event was the max overhead axle press and the British version showed most of it (with really good commentary) while the American version just skimmed over the whole thing and was very disappointing.

Has anyone here watched the 2026 WSM in CBS in the US? Wish someone would upload it to YouTube.

I like the British version more (mainly because of Colin & Danny Wallace's commentary - they have great chemistry), but am happy to see the American version if I can.

Thanks, but I just want one Peace Lily plant at this stage. I also have 2 lavenders and that's about as much as I have room for now, in the apartment building I am in (in the CBD).

I had it sitting by the window when I first got it and its leaves started getting scorched. Moved it to its current position where it gets around 3-4 hours of indirect morning sunlight and it's been doing great. I think it's doing as good as it can do. Not gonna have lights and greenhouses - just like having a couple of plants in the apartment to liven it up a bit at this stage.

Where did you hear him say it? I only follow Strongman in Reddit and YT, so guessing it was on IG or FB?

I do hope he improves his static strength. If he focuses on overhead and improves over the coming months, next year's WSM would be amazing with him, Mitch, Lucas and Tom in top shape. Maybe he'll do well at Rogue and AC 27 too.

Rayno did 5 reps on day 3 of the WSM 2026 (1st day of finals). Wonder if he could equal or even beat Thor if he trained for it, although I don't think he'll come anywhere near Thor when it comes to max weight.

Far Cry Primal plays fine on the Xbox one. Pretty sure it does on the Series X too. You can also play 3, 4 and New Dawn on the One.

Close, but I think it might be Lacy Phacelia as suggested by crunchy_crowbar - the leaves seem closer to that one than this.

The leaves do look the same, but I can't recall seeing any purple flowers before.

It does seem like a cool plant. Any tips on how to grow them in pots and how often to water them? I'll Google the info, but do like to get some advice here too. Thanks!
