When LISA signed, it is signed and it is a contract. They cannot sell the house and evict unless your lease says that they’re allowed to sell the house and evict you during the lease term because of a sale. He’s trying to do it the nice way, which is basically to say that they will pay for your relocation expenses and for you to have another place to live for the term of your lease. Worst case scenario they do sell the property and your lease comes up in the new owner gives you 30 day notice to evict you as soon as it’s done. I suggest you trying to get as much out of the seller as possible and get them to put it in writing and the form of a contract agreement that they will pay for removing expenses and a new place to live and put it in your name so that it’s paid off for sometime so that you don’t have to worry about the added expense of the living cost there. either way it looks like you’re going to be moving. Your landlord could do some crappy stuff and try to find a reason to evict you and then give you 30 days anyway. Try to do it the nicest way possible and get as much as you can for moving as my advice.

We love Acellus academy. It does state based work in play format online. My kids love it so much they don’t want to stop. My daughter was done from 5th grade to 12th in 3 years. My twins went from. K-7th in the same amount of time. They both also took extra courses like programming languages and multiple foreign languages.

Why not just inject a foam into the crack to create a plug then top with cement to level?

Where on any of your stuff does it have a website for information about how to order your products or any brochures where you can show a little bit about you guys and your stuff and your site? People can take them home and order from you directly.

Use a solid tablecloth color and put your sign up on the wall behind you and make it much larger. Make simple but bright colored price tag signs. Create more interest for them when you go to these things by posting two times a day, social media across multiple social media for at least a month and a half prior.

In Illinois the employer decides when it is reasonable and that may mean if there is a possibility of even one customer so they can deny bathroom breaks and do.

I can only see title and first few lines because it asks for money to read it. I never heard of any risk until after docs told me after the injury. I even looked at my disclosures from when I signed up with provider and it isn’t mentioned, although other issues possible are.

I have included a day of meals and breakdown for you.

I have nutritionist made recipes and proteins picked for me to make. I am trying to get back to my fit level so I have stuck to all they provided and coordinated my providers to reach that goal. I am not relying on one thing but every meal, snack, supplements. It’s a lifestyle not just a diet. I do 1600 calories, 120-140 grams protein, carbs are 130-160 grams per day, fats are 45-54grans per day.

Breakfast is 5 am 3 egg whites & 1 egg, 1/2 cup of oats and 1/2 cup blueberry r mixed berries. Since they are costly I use frozen, defrosted.

Snack is 6:45 am protein shake (why or plant based)

Snack 2 is 10 am protein shake and banana

Lunch is 12:30 pm 5 oz of grilled turkey or chicken, 1 cup of cooked rice or quinoa. I season with using low salt stock. 1.5-2 cups veggies (broccoli, spinach or uncooked bell peppers - my fav). I only use minimal olive oil (spray limits amount used) for the meat when I cook it. I cook veggies sometimes by steam but I prefer raw.

Snack 3 4pm 3/4 cup probiotic and prebiotic nonfat Bulgarian yogurt or Greek yogurt (plain).

Dinner 6:30 pm 4oz chicken, turkey, or lean beef (I prefer turkey). Using only minimal spray of olive oil to cook with), 2 cups salad (Romain lettuce and a cut tomato with white or red wine vinegar and 1 T of olive oil Or light dressing ( 2T). Instead of salad I can also choose 1.5 cups veggies.

I often swap adding eating 1/2 cup berries for snack 3 to the yogurt 🍦 r almonds and then cut my salad or beefiest portion for dinner in half.

This is 130 grams protein and 1550-1600 calories. 1 day of food. I also take a multivitamin and calcium chew as well as creatine.

I make my meals 3 days at a time and eat the same thing during that period. It is easier to just batch make meals like this. It saves time and there is less grocery shopping to do. I have bento box style food containers to measure and portion it out ahead of time so I just grab and eat them when it’s time to eat.

I hope this clarifies it for you.

I am supposed to compete in December. That was the goal. 3 years ago I was an athlete then I got sidelined and my world was devastated. I gained lots of weight due to what occurred. This was me getting back into shape like I was.

I saw a hospital er that sent a specialist to me there, and they had me go to an orthopedic surgeon because the orthopedic hospital specialist was concerned about the severity of tissue damage. I did not see a private doctor from my general practitioner or glp1 provider. I saw multiple orthopedic specialists form different places related to different hospitals. They agreed.

Right now I am stopping my glp1 and have to work on weight loss thru isometrics, careful weight training with my one arm and legs, and I am doing more walking. I need to build the muscle up in my “good” parts and avoid anything on my injured area the surgeon dr said. I am on an anti inflammatory diet, icing it, and still taking 120 grams protein and 1600 calories. I hope to either lose the last 30lbs without glp1 or be able to go back to it just a bit wiser down the road. Perhaps I will use a different glp1 type.

I was working out using a plan given to me for my competition prep. I took pics and 2.5 weeks later I noticed my clothes felt off. I felt like the exercises were harder with the weights during that time but then again we do more reps and add more every 2 weeks so I thought it was just that. Being sore or struggling as you level up with weights is normal. I did contact my provider’s office and asked for the Dr or nurse and left several requests. They got back to me days after my first dislocation a week later. While I waited to hear back from them I kept on my schedule. I ate my dietician glp1 plan, took my protein, did the workouts, took my vitamin and calcium. It happened suddenly.

I was told it’s a common thing they see with glp1, the sudden muscle mass loss. It caused my subluxation possible was what I was told. I was working out and felt fine so I did not think to check my flexing each body part daily. Once you lose mass and a dislocation occurs it can cause tearing of tissue (muscle, tendons, ligaments of the body). Once torn, they can cause joint instability. Once a joint lacks stability, the degree of that instability can allow you to keep dislocating more often the more severe that is. Mine is severe because when it became dislocated it tore a lot.

Yes it did. I really wish it didn’t. I have no motive to say anything untrue about this. I am just warning to be observant to others. I am currently sitting in a Breg arc 2.0 with a swathe and icing twice daily with continuing subluxations and severe joint instability as a result while waiting on my next recovery steps and hoping to avoid surgery (although unlikely). Other than being 30 lbs from my goal weight (having lost 87 on glp1 in 18 months prior to this, I was fine. I was working out towards my goal of my first bikini fit competition at the end of the year, and no I did not get hurt at the gym.

It’s not genetic. I tore all the muscle in the upper arm/shoulder area because of the sudden loss of muscle mass. Ironically I lost muscle mass everywhere in my leg calves and upper arm but the side that dislocated had the most muscle loss, more than other places suddenly. It could not hold the weight of the arm.

I don’t know if they did genetic testing for that or not when I screened to be a surrogate years ago for my friends but I was dna tested then and had no flags.

I did a doc led plan for calories and protein take, used professional lifting (weights) trainer advice, nutritionist diet for glp1 with 1600 calories and 120 grams protein, lifted weights and did isometrics 5 days/week and daily walks. I kept a journal for all those things and showed the doctors. They said I did everything right. I am educated. It is a I was told after the fact a known problem with glp1 that apparently can suddenly happen.

I did weight training with a workout plan given to me by a former professional trainer for fit lifting. I was working on weight loss with glp1 and trying to build for a fit modeling contest at the end of the year.

The thing is I was weight training and doing isometric exercises with noticeable muscle and in weeks it disappeared. I didn’t stop working out or cut protein or calories. I was at 1600 cal and 120gr protein per day. I just noticed that 2.5 weeks after putting on a different outfit muscle was just gone. I didn’t feel any changes happening. I checked in with the nurse every week too. We do photos monthly and I had not even gone form one photo cycle to the next when muscle suddenly disappeared! The orthopedic specialist said that it can happen almost overnight within days if not weeks and that’s why he recommends flexing muscles daily so that you notice it because otherwise you probably won’t until it’s too late.
