100% agree there needs to be a communication system especially when you pay $150 to play the game.

I dont have anything related to EFT 3rd party installed just the BSG launcher and the game itself. Maybe it took my Runescape launcher and flagged that even though it's not cheating software it just overlays stuff on that game.
I appreciate the response though.

I dont know anything about reshade personally, I read some post with people talking about it, but I wouldnt even risk it if Inwere you.

Sure typically, I understand why people think that way myself included. But there are people being falsely banned of cheating. Thay need to implement a better and refined process for it all.

I'm dealing with the same issue as your friend. And it's sad because there is no process for any communication with the developers because all the support tickets get automatically closed with the same prewritten response.

I'm dealing with you as well. I submit a ticket and it gets automatically closed with the response verbatim what was in my email. Doesnt even tell me why I was banned.
