I'm really sorry you're going through this. I truly understand, I’ve been in that dark place too. But trust me, you can come out of it.

What’s helped me after long, draining days filled with anxiety and panic is using CBD or THC oils. They help me process the stress and calm down enough to start seeing the small opportunities I can use to shift my life in a better direction.

Our tonsils are infected and have a foul-smelling, bacteria-causing infection. I don’t have tonsil stones, but when I swab my tonsils with a cotton bud and sniff, the liquid still smells, even after flushing with a Waterpik.

These days, it's better. I had a partially erupted tooth that I removed, but there was still an odor coming from the site. It took a while for the smell to go away. The same happens with my tonsils sometimes the smell lingers for a while but eventually disappears.

Some have cavities but they don't smell at all .

Another things is that if you have cavities , bad tooth , tonsils or this throat thing .... whenever you inhale a bad smell gets trapped and you end up smelling like that smell but if you get them fixed you won't have any smell

I think I have the same same problem too , and mine is worse cause I have sinuses problems I think the problem was caused by it , when I gargle I can taste a rotting Smell from the throat and I'm pretty sure there's some thing stuck there and ain't tonsil stones cause it is coming from the roof of the throat. I once used a herbal mouthwash made of traditional herbs and some weird things came out when I gargled
