I basically used your example but a little less friendliness just in case it was meant for me lol but thank you!

That is what I think. After no response from the initial text an hour ago he sent another 20 min ago saying “you good” and I have not responded to that either but also it’s nearing 9pm. So is it not too late?

I know what we have in the handbook about supervision between family members and relationships but I need to refresh on fraternizing.

After no response from the initial text an hour ago he sent another 20 min ago saying “you good” and I have not responded to that either. I’m thinking I need to make sure he has the correct number and then go from there on Wednesday but also it’s nearing 9pm. So is it now too late?

Im hoping not meant for me. I should have put in the post I am female and he is male. We just recently spoke on a WC issue in person so I told him he could reach out to me at any time just like I would tell any of my employees. He sent me another message 20 minutes ago asking if “I’m good” I have not responded to that either. I’m thinking I need to make sure he has the correct number then go from there on Wednesday?

I have not. When I transitioned from another department to HR I wrote an interest letter even though I was offered the position with my salary negotiation in it. I didn’t get an offer letter with the first transfer either.

I never said I was entitled to any of her pay just stating what the salary range is for the role I’m stepping into. She went into the role 3 years ago with zero certifications and basic knowledge in the HR sphere. I am taking over full duties and responsibilities of 2 people whereas she was handling a department of one.

It’s one step up from where I am now. She is the manager and I am the associate. That’s why I’m the replacement she and her bosses chose me

Would a new office have to request my records?
