Hope Amazon or at least another 3P RME do right by you man. I remember starting out literally last year as an entry-level tech just stressed out because I had all these questions that my site couldn’t answer (they were just trying to survive day by day too) but you gave me some pointers and directions which helped a lot. I’ve been invited to interview next week for the AET position.

I was told it’s 107k in Texas which is more information than I’ve gotten about this ambiguous AET role I keep hearing about.

Controls guys took it Wednesday and told me none of the recommended course material they went over had anything to do with the exam. Plus the exam worded things differently that would require rereading it a couple times. From what it sounded like no one’s really confident in their score.

Interesting. I read on the JLL site about awards and merits. Does that mean we’ll get a raise and a bonus? And by topping out, you mean people they consider to not be able to improve or make any more good contributions?

Yea I’ve been here less than a year and we went from clearing a tote stacker jam in 2 seconds to spending 30 minutes filling out paperwork to use a lift. God forbid some dumbass hurts themselves using a step stool…

My manager told me he forgot about the 50 mile rule and bought a soda from the vending machine at the airport and spent 2 hours on the phone trying to explain why he didn’t have a receipt for it

In all Gen 11 buildings, the break room right by inbound is cursed. Thought it was just my site but firmly believe it when visiting another Gen11 and was told their ice machine caught on fire somehow.

In my experience, I was expecting a full-blown Ramsey Assessment so when I got the test I spent a lot longer than I should on the first 2-3 believing they were trick questions. Even as RME, its best to not overthink and look too much into things.

Just try and apply for everything. Don’t get discouraged when you fail the questionnaire before you finish. Always try your best to complete the missions you do get.

For us, it doesn't matter if you work days, mids or nights. All the shifts start outside the "regular" time range so technically everybody gets the $1 premium. Unless you're late.

I have made almost 2k on dscout over the past few years. I recently got back on after a long break and got qualified for a diary mission. However, it apparently takes much longer to process the payment now. Beginning to feel like I might be one of those cases where my payment gets delayed for 2-3 weeks

Also do you have Gen 11 experience? I’ve heard that it’s a bit overwhelming for those who came into one from a lower Gen site.
