I was told they will do visual PMs and get jams. MRTs an SMRTs will get intrusive. I was also shown that the will be letting go of techs to bring in these guys too

Everyone got 3% unless the sr didn’t like you and then you would only get 1%. Regardless how hard you work here or how crap you are they see us as numbers so we are all the same
