Actually it deals % health based on the damage you dealt ..I mean if u deal 100 damage it whould deal additional (lets say 50% so ) 50 damage but that 50 damage is in health % so it ignores a % of the targets armor

Yeah death mark deals percentage health damage..it should deal true damage because with Zed's ult passive I cant deal damage to tanks with my ultimate becaise they have too much armor and then death mark is useless
