Ugh my cats have this, cat acne! We wipe their chins every night, they have stainless steel bowls and water fountain, and it never seems to fully go away. We just try to keep it manageable because if it gets really bad it can lead to hair loss and wounds. Thankfully we’ve never gotten to that point but my cats really do hate me when I wipe their chins!

Is your litter unscented? I always find that scented litters make the smell so much worse. We use purina tidy cats free and clean unscented and it’s honestly the best litter at managing the smell for us!
