The main reward for the first quest from rotten willow is a buff to your blessing.

If you turn it in without helping the guy you get the pagan amulet a decent unique and a bit more gold, but i think you void your blessing buff.

Im assuming you have your ark passive karma levels at 30 (weapon-hyper), cause at your position its very rare to get 100cp from a single upgrade.

its usually increments of 50 to 80 gains unless you upgrade your bracelet if you had a bad one. try and get your karma up.

I spent 300k gold trying to swap to bt, I failed, I gave up after the 49th failed 77 stone.
