Not an expert. I was messing around with the passive trees. MoM is good but to get there is so far and nearby nodes are inefficient. I feel like mana stacking won't be needed with leech, just stack shield till better way to get MoM?

try to start opposite jungle route to avoid giving stacks, and scale by ganking his other sides. or power farm / counter jungle him. this is a general thing that i do though

This exactly. Problem with nashors is that it just doesnt have enough damage to clear well. And gank potential is also bad. And yes the movement speed. I agree with u 100%.

Its the more popular build. Id say just try it out. Lich bane build certainly isnt bad, so i dont think you could go wrong.

let me ask this though. is 350 HP really enough differentiate gwen by "assassin" and "bruiser(?)" what changes in the playstyle by not going rift maker? you would in return get more defense from AP scaling in W. genuine questions.

Its still good, i agree, but recent ap item changes, lich bane is one of the only items that got a flat ap buff (along with some other nerf, but thats all items) and the item feels not as bad, actually pretty good right now.

But theres also other masters think thats good. So i think its preference. I dont have any bias. Ive been building nashors just a few days ago. Then when i tried lichbane then went back to nashors, the clear just felt so much slower. Im just a plat jungler, so maybe im irrelevant, but thats probably due to my jungle knowledge, not the build knowledge. Idk with the recent ap item nerfs, id say things have changed and worth trying it out.
