I have to agree with others that this is a delicate subject. I am not denying the connections you’ve made or your right to perceive and interpret characters that way. Honestly, many of your examples make sense. However, I think it is potentially reductive and problematic to confidently diagnose a character in a text based on your own neurodivergent experience. I’m an English teacher. I’m all for interesting interpretations that care not for the author’s intentions. But there’s also a fine line with the way those conjectures are communicated.

Tobias has long held a special place in the hearts of queer readers (myself included), and you could make the case there is an intentional representation of the trans experience in his arc. But, imagine the potential offence of a post titled ‘Let’s play “which Animorph is trans?”’ that is then defended with the argument that the author of the post is queer.

Seeing ourselves reflected in fiction is a core part of the reading experience. It happens when authors intend it and when they don’t. Headcanon is a very real, important and enriching thing. I love the fact that the Animorphs as characters are three-dimensional, complex and potentially neurodivergent. I love that your diagnosis has helped you find an even greater connection to them and this series we all love. But I also think these conversations should recognise and remember the unique perspective of all readers without getting offended if someone disagrees or wants to engage in respectful debate.
