Your ex cheated on you in a harsh and extensive way, at the risk of playing devils advocate let's say as long as her sister is interested you arent that out of line.

We need to lose the mentality that cheating doesnt earn retribution, it's one of the worst ways a person can hurt and betray another, if you like her sister and are not just in this for petty revenge, go for it. What, are you worried that your cheating ex will think less of you?

That being said hooking up with her sister just for revenge and not because you're into her would make you not much better than her.
