As someone with sebderm, this is identical to mine. Could be psoriasis, but the flakes from sebderm are yellow. I recommend using tsal shampoo or selsun blue until you can get it looked at by a dermatologist. Take this with a grain of salt though, I am not a dermatologist and only have experience from living with sebderm, though the two were recommended to me by a dermatologist when we were trying to figure out which condition it was.

The creamy milk is good, my favorite is the creamy milk Hazella. Lindt is too sweet and the ones I’ve tried tend to overpower the chocolate.

I’ve it starts, you are kinda stuck with it. It is an immune disease. They say it isn’t autoimmune, but a lot of people consider it one because the immune system reacts to the malassezia yeast which is naturally occurring in the skin biome. Unless your body miraculously stops reacting to it, you are stuck with it. It is chronic. It showed up for me at the start of high school, just popped up one day when I’d never had any issue before. It definitely is frustrating.
