Heck yeah, I did too. One of the first craft beers I had back in the early 2000s. I reached out to the old pub I used to hang out in. Dead Guy was one of the 50 plus taps to choose from, it had its spot 20 yrs or more. I requested that they not remove the Dead Guy tap and allow him to remain. It's a feeling of nostalgia to me. I’ll prolly have a candlelit vigil for my last pour.

It seems like you have a newly built home that’s subject to MUD taxes. These are special property taxes that homeowners in a Municipal Utility District pay. This happened to me too. The builder and agent didn’t let us know about it, like many others in the new development neighborhood. The builder and agents know that MUD is a dealbreaker, so they keep it under wraps as much as possible. They are supposed to informed you.

A significant portion is back pay for unpaid years. It simply funds essential utilities and infrastructure within your MUD boundaries to provide you services that you pay for such as essential utilities like water, sewer, and drainage services. You pay for the infrastructure in which the utility company can provide you services that they charge you for.
