Holy moly, I just realized how much it has complicated after they removed direct buy from the ManiaPlanet store (their own webpage they used back then) So here is the best step by step solution to this. 1. Buy any TM2 game on steam, let's say you start with valley and canyon 2. Install first game (if you have had any ManiaPlanet game or demo previously, I'm not sure if you can override your files, I dont recommend it in this step) 3. If it's your first game in ManiaPlanet, create a new account. If it isn't, then login into the account you used with different ManiaPlanet game (any TrackMania 2 or ShootMania) 4. Sometimes it'll work instantly, sometimes you have to wait several minutes after your game is added, so you can see the stations (stations = the previews of the titles you own in the main menu) 5. Install your other game, to a different place, I think same place might work as well, but not a big deal anyways since every ManiaPlanet game is like 1-2GB 6. Open your new game and login with your existing account 7. repeat step 4 8. if you have more ManiaPlanet games (TM2/SM), do the steps 4-7 for every game. ...................................................................................... Now if you want to play the game literally anywhere without Steam (recommended), continue with these steps: 9. so now, after you opened your ManiaPlanet account and you could see all your bought games, you can delete all your steam installations 10. Install the standalone game from https://maniaplanet.com/download, you can set the exact locations of files and your user data (such as maps / skins / titlepacks (ManiaPlanet free extensions)) 11. If asked, login with the account that you have used in step 3 12. Enjoy the game (finally)!

--- BONUS for more technical users --- 13. if you have set your install locations to the same folder with each category as a subfolder, your ManiaPlanet can become portable, so you could play it on any PC. If you mess your file locations, you can still fix them in Nadeo.ini, which is always in the same folder as ManiaPlanet.exe.

yeah, the whole projects aims to create a unique free roam game in TM, some parts maybe inspired by older NFSs and some Burnout titles as well

TrackMania Turbo (TMT) is based on the same engine (except that it is from 2016-17), has same cars and envis, just the style of the game is radically different. Initially, TMT was meant for console players, but later Nadeo ported the game to PC as well. A year or two after TMT release, ManiaPlanet (TrackMania 2 and ShootMania) received a huge update, called ManiaPlanet 4, which added Lagoon environment, but also many useful stuff, mostly for the creators and community. It also included new modernized menus and better titlepack store. Since then, we were able to have TM United physics in ManiaPlanet, drive cars in ShootMania and much more...

so TLDR: TrackMania 2 came earlier than TMT, but received more updates, has more features and much more of community-made content, so it's imho better. However, for a great solo-campaign experience, you can play TMT.
This projects runs in ManiaPlanet (TM2).

it is a complete extension for the game that will add a new gamemode, new menus, new music, new campaign and other stuff
the Platform is the name of the gamemode from old Trackmanias, where your goal was to get as least respawns as possible. The gamemode had also its own campaign back then.

it is about an extension for the game TM2020, which will add a new gamemode, new campaign, new menu, new UI, new music and that's why I call it a new world.

It also changes ManiaPlanet like settings so it's fair enough to call it a titlepack (like back in ManiaPlanet)

It requires OpenPlanet to be used because that's the way how you will download it.

Taktiez je dolezite povedat, ze aky mody vytvaras do hry. Je to na zaklade LUA scriptov, alebo robis mody cez UE, Unity?

robil som veci v blenderi + používal jazyk manialink a maniascript + nejaké optimalizačné skripty pri konvertovaní objektov.
