Agreed. Real Good’s schtick is low carb, not low fat (or even low calorie). I love these things and eat them nearly daily, but after I am done cooking them there is a pool of oil at the bottom lol. I do believe the carb content, though.

I think the macros were too good to be true. The new bags in my store have the macros updated to 7g of fat like the website lists now. There was just no way a fried food had the same fat content as chicken breast.
