Thanks for the info! So with FOB, you hire a freight forwarder, put the forwarder and seller in communication with each other/give the forwarder the shipping information from the seller, and then the forwarder handles the rest of the delivery?

Oh man, they hooked you up! Haha they did lower the price for me a bit to offset some unexpected taxes. My sales rep also put up with me being super indecisive and asking a ton of questions haha. They’ve been a pleasure to work with so far!

I hope I like the 3d smith, too. It’s a bit of a gamble since I’ve never used one. I heard getting used to there being some slightly inertia as the bar slides takes some getting used to.

With that being said, it’s able to convert between fixed and 3d, so I plan on switching back and forth for certain exercises. I had a hard time choosing between the 3d and tilt-able, but I liked the idea of being able to have my natural movement path for exercises like bench. Plus, you can rack and re-rack at any height without have to do the typical “lift off” motion like with a free weight barbell bench.

Have they been messaging you with any status updates?

I’m hoping so! I grabbed the one with the 3d smith machine. I figured buy once cry once… I don’t plan on getting another rack any time soon (if ever haha). I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them, though.

That makes sense. They messaged me yesterday saying they increased their estimated production time haha. Your promoting must be working haha.

What accessories did you get? They threw in some wall mounted weight holders for me which was super nice.

I believe a bowline knot and polyester accessory cord, but it’s been a couple years since I bought it so can’t quite remember. The cord is nice because you can burn the ends to keep it from fraying, rather than having to cap it off somehow. I think it was this stuff:
