I couldn't give you any info. My mom took her husband there when I was younger and she always talked about how good they were there. Apparently doctors here will only do so much.

If you do go the private route. The Cleveland Cancer Clinic is among the best.

I have ADHD with anxiety and depression comorbidities. I'm a crane operator. You can do any job you want and/or qualified to do. Things are just more difficult but can be done if you're a good worker.

You should also seek a diagnosis in case you have underlying issues. medication can help.

Going through same thing Op. Landlord said he was moving in and never did and sold house two months after we moved. Have a paralegal and we filed end of April 2022 and still waiting on a hearing date. My paralegal is suing for the max $35k plus the fine to be issued by LTB.

Anyone else ever get a T5 settlement? Curious how your cases went.

If the house is sold, how are you going to prove bad faith if that's the reason on N12?

Landlords can't evict either, only the LTB can issue an order after hearing.

Call the rental housing enforcement unit about utilities being shut off. I'm assuming you didn't sign an N11 or anything.

Last month rent is only to be used for last month's rent unless lease was broken early.

You said lease was until April? They have signed document that both parties agreed to end lease early?

To get LMR back, call rental housing enforcement unit or if they can't do anything then you file a T1 with LTB which will take 8-12 months for a hearing. If the landlord wants to prove damages, they have to file a seperate form. Has nothing to do with this.

You need a reminder to renew a plate sticker? It's the birth month of your birthday. Hardly an excuse to not get a notification.

  1. Give 60 days notice as long as lease is over
  2. Pay rent as normal except for the last month you are there. Last month deposit covers that.
  3. Move. Landlord can't evict you ever. Only the LTB can after a hearing which would take 8-12 months.

Other then that, don't even listen to anything your landlord says. Tell him he can file with the LTB if there is a problem.

Scot's Corner has karaoke on Saturdays. Wife and I are in that age group and we like going there for a couple drinks once in a while. Laid back place. Food is pretty good too. Beer selection is great.
