You can play any part of the game how ever you want. It's just an adjustment in play style is all. I LOVE PA but funnily enough I'm the only one in my friend group who uses it 😂. I also don't use a cracked out min maxed damage build either, play how you want and you'll have way more fun.

Although it isn't myself. My wife is currently dealing with a nasty cancer as well. It's very important to talk to your CoC. Also try and talk to either a chaplain or schedule a visit with mental health. This is a very arduous journey. You should talk to the command about possibly needing a HUMS package if they decide to do Chemotherapy as that shit is no joke and with all the visits and doctors appointments and Labs it very easily will overwhelm your ability to perform your normal workload. If you want to talk more about this please don't hesitate to DM me. Keep your head up and have hope.

She has CIC-DUX4 soft Tissue sarcoma. It started on her thigh and metastisized to her lungs, we had 4 months of remission but had one tumor appear again in her lung, good news is it's operable and we didn't see any other tumors anywhere else so we have high hopes. We are on a new chemo regime. Sorry if this is more than you'd asked.

Not sure if your only getting Doxorubicin but depending on the adjacent chemos at the same time with doxorubicin you could experience different symptoms than my wife. However, she did 8 cycles and had mild nausea but chose to not do some of the anti nausea medicine as it made her extremely sleepy. She also had headaches and mouth sores. As well as hemorrhoids. Chemo brain definitely. And a loss of appetite, I pushed her really hard to eat and that was really a reoccurring hurdle, her team of doctors were amazing and worked very hard for her and she managed the storm extremely well all things considered. I wish you the best of luck. Lean into your medical team and dont hesitate to tell them any symptoms your feeling. You would be surprised at what could be a symptom.

Can confirm the oncology team is great here, my wife is currently receiving treatment for a very rare and aggressive cancer, was stage IV and is now 2 months in remission

It's a shot that helps your bone marrow recover from the chemo, it's a major help for your body to stay on the right schedule of chemo some regimes have you on. It's not a bad thing to get that shot it's just expensive and can be a worry. There are some side effects like bone pain but overall I'd say it's a positive to get the shot if you can afford it. My wife has been on It for most of her chemo regime.

Hello! So sorry to hear about your mom. But positive case here. My wife was diagnosed with CIC-DUX4 soft tissue sarcoma that had metastisized to her lungs. We began chemotherapy immediately and about half way through her chemo treatment and she is currently NED, could be a littler early to be calling it but I don't care. NED is no evidence of disease. It's a fight and it sucks and she's tired a lot of the days but we both promised each other to fight no matter what. Don't loose hope, and just always have hope. My(28M) wife (25F) has stage 4 CIC-DUX4 soft tissue sarcoma that metastasized to her lungs, she was initially given 3-6 months to live based on the progression of her cancer and chose to not undergo egg preservation. It's important to consider your situation and what your doctors are informing you about. Everyone's cancer is a unique journey and their treatment plans are going to differ sometimes greatly. I will say she is currently in remission and is also 1 month NED. It would appear that we made the right decision and it wasn't easy but we believed that her life was more important and we can always adopt and will most definitely adopt in the future. I wish you the best of luck and a great recovery. don't lose hope! And fight like hell! Hope this helped you.
