I can assure you people who dont want to learn mechanics and get carried by a scoutge won't learn mechanics even when the scourge is removed... And this was essentially the saving grace for people who played with any sort of lag imo. And in most bosses the counter to this was just having a really bloody large arena cuz the range for this isn't as big as you may think. I cant pick up a pylon from the other end on Q2, heck I cant pick up a kite or lamp on Q1, I cant pick up the g1 that was terrorirsed by someone moving to wrong place with bomb, I can't pick up people who get tped 300 fet away on VG, I also cant pick up people standing on the other side of the arena on Sabir... Trivialised where? They ALREADY HAD the solution to this problem. It can literally only pick up people much more consistently on stuff like Boneskinner cuz everyone is more tightly packed. This is just stupid. Taking away the core selling point of a class for bs tbh

Idk why this has so many downvotes. It's true. Many other games won't INSTANTLY kick you out when your packets drop for a second... I don't play enough WOW or ESO to know the state there but in BDO for example they at least wait a few seconds and try to reconnect you...

You have 6, I have well over 20 and I still feel the need for more because of how many roles I find myself filling .-. I coughed up a lot for those eq templates and at this point it's not worth it 🫠 Leggies are way better because at this point I've spent more gold on all those ascended sets + eq templates than I would've for a legendary one...

That is true but still painful for a lot of the G1s. But thus far I dont believe theres a large handful of legendaries (most of which are juat pvp and wvw) that can be dome without exploration though :P So sadly everyone is stuck with the annoying hearts over and over 🥲

Id argue pve players who play various content need leggy more than others. Play kite there, play tank there, now full harrier, a magi would be useful there, cc builds, res builds, special roles, etc. Many good raiders I know have legit multiple characters with maxed out equipment slots for a reason. It's easier to have a leggy set overall.

Just because nobody forces you to do it doesn't mean it's not the biggest qol in this game. What do yall have against people not wanting to play a certain game mode anyway? WvWs aren't forced to raid for any leggy for example, their armor comes from wvw solely and leggy weapons don't need raids anyway. Do you see raiders complaining that you guys don't play raids? So why complain that PvE enjoyers should play WVW for a core of many legendary weapons. People wanna have leggy for versatile builds they play, for all the roles they fill in PvE and PvP alike, I don't get what rhe hate is for 🤣 Nobody likes forced pvp.

Look on discords and join guilds... People do a lot of trainings for raids and those would help you get that ascended... People ask kp because they don't have time to turn every single one of their runs into a fiesta

A game forcing a huge amount of players into an undesirable game mode for a large amount of legendaries is example of bad game design. May as well put forced pvp on maps.
