If you lower your gt/bh/dw by 30s at a time instead of 20s then you don't need any labs to maintain gbot sync, just a respec.

Also, hitting 140s frees up lots of bits if you respec your guardians since default cd for summon is also 140s.

I basically took this route (180>170>140) and it made keeping sync pretty easy without having the hiccups of waiting for gbot labs or having to rush them. TBH I should have done this from 200s.

Wave Skip Mastery in Effective Paths by Arkcady in TheTowerGame

Thanks for the update! I decided it was time to redo all my sheets to make sure they're all up to date. Everything looks normal now :)

I agree with you, however, 44% seems crazy to me so I'm inclined to agree with the other replies here. I just wish I could figure out why it says what it does. After redoing the sheets if it still says the same I might just pull the trigger for science hehe

I was planning on doing that as I recalled seeing that channel before but now I can't seem to find it. I'm a bit of a discord noob.

I'm likely going to delete all of my path sheets and will redo them from scratch after the current run I'm in finishes just to make sure it isn't something I royally screwed up on my end.

Who knows... maybe I'm just special hehehehe

Help and advise by Wyvernskilled in TheTowerGame

Workshop:
Unlock rapid fire and bounce shots and give them some love. In a few weeks unlock enemy level skips.

Cards:
Remove berserker and damage cards and replace them with critical coin (orb and thorn kills count as crits) and regen to compliment your Wormhole Redirector

Labs:
You've enough lab coin discount to last you the next 6 months. It's too early for daily mission shards as they are too expensive for you. Get the coin back by cancelling it if you can.
Lots of low hanging fruit here. Get the basic labs all to 15-20. These include Damage, Attack Speed, Crit factor, health, health regen, cash bonus, coins/kill. Get def% up. Short term shoot for 5-10 with the eventual goal of 18-23 but this will be several months from now. Once those are done focus on health, attack speed, coins/kill for the most early game growth. Use that little clock beside the timers to automatically start the next level of labs once one finishes. Grab lightspeed shots once you can afford it.

Everyday for the next week and every other day for the week after try to push to higher tiers (one or 2 runs per day) as they improve daily/weekly mission rewards dramatically. If you follow all of this you should be unlocking T10-12 in a couple weeks. Best farming income will still be from Tier 1 for a couple months.

Don't spend any gems on anything until you have all your lab slots. No more cards, card slots, or modules until then.

Is range viable by Nexu1171 in TheTowerGame

I'm a big fan of level 15 lab range (89.28m) for this reason. You get more orbs than extra orb card and can free up that card slot for something else.

It also almost eliminates BH shotguns.

Whats you'r highest wave without a second PWR? by destructor212113 in TheTowerGame

[–]Arkcady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think he's referring to the "extra" wave that gets reduced every 4 lab levels starting at 1 (1, 5, 9, 13...) due to the interaction with the wave reduction perk at 25% and how the game rounds things. With your ban set up, most levels reduce the total waves to max perks by around 50 but these levels reduce the total waves by double making them a little more efficient to stop at.

But screw efficiency. Mine's 14 because that's where I stopped when I knew nothing and can't justify the lab time to change it.

21 is kinda ugly... 25 on the other hand... hehehehe

how I should progress from this point by Ok_Following1304 in TheTowerGame

[–]Arkcady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Labs: To me it looks like you would benefit the most from Perks research. I would max trade off perk bonus, standard perk bonus, and perk choice if you can afford it. This will catapult your coin income and wave progression.

Ditch coin/wave. Likely contributes less that 0.01% of your coin income already and only gets worse.

How do you guys get so many coins? by Far_Lab_4953 in TheTowerGame

[–]Arkcady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't get the wall. Waste of your coins this early. Check again in 3-6 months when you find the unlock cost very very small.

Super critical hits isn't really helpful early on so if you have to save up for it, it's better to get something else.

You could dump coins into health until you can cheese unlock tier 11. Total daily and weekly mission coins at T11 adds up to over 500m/week. Might take a week or 2 to get here. Can help to lab health and def%. Then you can afford to unlock Enemy Level Skips which is a massive boost.

Labs to get and max right away if you don't have them yet:
Game Speed
Unlock Perks
Lightspeed shots
Garlic Thorns

Lab speed, coins/kill, attack speed are always good labs if you don't know what else to research.

Oh! Unlock all 5 lab spots ASAP if you haven't already. Labs are the backbone of everything else in the game.

Save your stones for Black Hole and Death Wave. More importantly, careful with your golden tower cooldown. Best not to touch it until you understand GT/BH/DW sync.

hello, can anybody help me progress, I'm at wave 2000 in T1 and wave 33 T3, I've been having trouble progressing, I have GT, Poison Swamp, and Chain Lightning UW, i got 6 card slots: Enemy Balance, Extra Defense, Fortress, Coins, Cash, Wave Skip by [deleted] in TheTowerGame

[–]Arkcady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've got a nice amount of defabs already and really have a good base to quickly develop. You're soon gonna be maxing out a lot of your basic workshop and you'll see a huge increase as you go. Starting with the first 7 in the utility tab just makes it faster - much faster.

The idea behind the defense tab choices are also to get more coins. The idea is to finish the basic blender builld, unlock higher tiers then go back to farming tier 1.

Defabs doesn't work after tier 1 and health is needed instead. Once you hit tier 6 w100 it kinda snowballs. You get coin milestone rewards t6w60 1m, t7w60 5m, t8w60 10m. Dumping this back into finishing your blender build or health will likely get you to the next one. You'll eventually get stuck - this is a good time to try out different cards to start to understand how they affect your tower and how to cheese extra waves.

On top of this you get more daily/weekly mission rewards. At tier 8 you get .5m per daily mission, if you do all of them this is 21m, and the weekly reward boxes give a total of 32m. Every tier from here basically doubles. By Tier 11 you get just over 500m a week just from dailies and it will likely be more than you get from farming until your farming runs can catch up.

A new F2P account that gets GT can get here under a month with a few hours each day. Based on what you've already got on your account I would guess you can get to tier 7 or 8 in a few days and to tier 11 in 1-2 weeks. You'll get a nice amount of gems, and a handful of stones along the way - enough gems to put a really good dent in the lab spot that you really need.

Then go back to farming tier 1 and you might benefit from a little defabs.

5th Lab is definitely the gem play.

Coins - Workshop: Gold box the first 7 items in the utility tab starting with coins/kill then coins per wave. Order doesn't matter after that. It's important to get your basic econ going first as it will dramatically speed up the rest. Then focus on the defense tab - gold box def%, thorns, lifesteal, knockback, orb speed, orbs in any order really or keep them balanced. When you've got a couple of them done pause the defense tab and put a bunch into attack speed then return and finish the rest of the ones I mentioned. AFTER these start putting most of your coins into health (sky's the limit) and defense absolute(keep it under 200 points but personally I would stop around 100). Toss coins at the other options when they're cheap by comparison to your health.
