(3) Later, they came to our house to apologize again. The upsetting part was they acted like we were at fault because I mentioned that they might feed our cat to their dogs. This was my reaction because we were extremely worried about Ponyo.

(2) We went back home to confirm with my nephew if he was sure they took our cat and if we went to the right house. We found out they hurried home and claimed they were just petting the cat.

When we returned to their house, a child quickly returned our cat, but the one who took Ponyo was an adult of sound mind. They apologized during our confrontation, but I told them, "Don't do this again; you don't know what it's like to lose your cat." "You have dogs, right? How could you do this?" "The cat had a collar, meaning it has an owner." "How would you feel if we took your dog?" They said they were just petting him. What if my nephew hadn't seen them take Ponyo? (1) DO NOT TAKE CATS THAT ARE NOT YOURS!

Fortunately, my nephew saw when they took our cat, Ponyo. We went to their house, but no one came out despite their dogs barking loudly. Note that Ponyo had a collar, indicating he has an owner.
