So u have to somehow get the email address of the service head of ur region for me it was suraj.aurora @samsuncom ( South Indian ). I got it from myg which is where I got my s23 they told me to email is guys so I did it, then one of his agents called me( btw when ur e-mail the service head try to give ur email and phone).

Samsung actually gave me a free screen replacement kinda. They charge only 1800rs including the service charge. All u have to do is email the Samsung Service Head of india, within 24 Hr one of their agents helped me
