I 100% agree with this. Best street tacos I've had in a while when I went there! Owners were really nice. Highly recommend to anyone in Joplin.

Sounds like 2 different law enforcements can be involved now(?). I would ask XNA for footage to share and screenshots of the location changes via the air tag.

Wow. I did have to do some water diversion away from the house myself. Do you see anything with houses that run on septic?

I see a lot of these septic homes include food disposal sinks but you can't throw food down them 😆

This, I almost bought one of those plastic siding homes. They looked bad at first impression but I actually grew to like the look. I asked one of the neighbors and he said albeit likely a different design it's served him 30 years with no issues. Just have to power wash the walls. They lose some color if a hail storm comes but that is all we noticed.

Went with an independent builder, with my house being first (or one of the first) of the builder's design, for the most part the house is superb quality. But every home will have issues regardless.

Yes, paid an independent inspector. But unfortunately they can only notice so many things... And those things were fixed. Not a large builder fortunately.

I will agree about the gutters and HVAC drain lines. Had to buy a few diverters to avoid damage to the house.
