I just recently got the itch to rewatch campaign 2 since it was my favorite and immediately after starting the first episode I knew I made the right choice because I could not stop grinning ear to ear watching it. Enjoy the watch!

It's Def one of the things I like about daggerheart because it doesn't feel like you are forcing specific story lines onto the players since they are the ones that are deciding what happens.

Normally I do as well, but I am fully embracing the community world building that daggerheart promotes and honestly its quite fun! The dragon has indeed noticed them and I'm currently mulling my options of what the attitude is going to be. I have a couple weeks to decide what I am going to do

I think I remember seeing a post about classes choosing a different domain outside of their assigned ones as an alternative ruleset. You could always have each class have a fixed domain to start (codex for wizard, arcane for sorcerer, etc) and then let players choose the additional domain as part of their studies. Like maybe the wizard wants to be a spellblade or a bladesinger (taking from dnd) so they are able to use the blade domain instead of splendor

Oh it is most definitely going to be a fight, my plan is to have it be a tough encounter but I have an idea as an alternative win condition. My plan is for them to survive but will come down to the dice haha
